Coach Kuhlman is starting his 5th year as the Boys' Volleyball Head Coach at Lakota East High School and his 7th overall as a coach in the program. Kuhlman has also served as the girls’ varsity volleyball assistant coach at Milford High School for 4 years and coached club volleyball at Ohio Premier for 4 years as well. He is a graduate of Lakota East High School and was a 4-year varsity setter for the boys' volleyball program from 2011-2015. Kuhlman played collegiate club volleyball at Bowling Green State University where he graduated and earned his bachelors in math education. Kuhlman is currently a math teacher at Lakota East School and pursuing his master’s in educational administration at Xavier University.

Karlie is a highly experienced volleyball coach with a diverse background in both club and high school volleyball. With 8+ years of coaching under her belt combined with her collegiate experience at Mount St. Joseph University, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the court. Karlie has developed a passion for the sport and honed her skills as a mentor and leader to make a significant impact on her players both on and off the court. Karlie is entering her second year with Lakota East Boys’ Volleyball program and is a math teacher at Liberty Junior School.

Lauren is an accomplished volleyball coach with a robust background rooted in Lakota East High School. Having played volleyball for over 10 years and as an alumni of Lakota East’s volleyball team, Lauren brings a wealth of experience to the court. This marks Lauren’s second year in the boys' program. In addition to coaching at the high school, she has spent three years shaping talent in club volleyball. Lauren is excited for the 2024 season, anticipating a time filled with dedication, growth, and shared victories.

Darcy Marsh is in her second-year coaching for the Lakota East Boy’s Volleyball program.  Her first year she was the JV head coach and this year she is the head coach for the inaugural appearance of the JV-B team.  Coach Marsh is also currently the head coach for the Girl’s JV Volleyball team at Wyoming High School.  She also spent two years as an assistant coach for the Mason Girls Volleyball program and three years as the Lakota West Freshman Girl’s coach and seven years as the eighth-grade coach at Lakota’s Hopewell Jr. School.   In addition to coaching in Southwest Ohio, Coach Marsh spent 10 years as a volleyball skills trainer for a youth sports program in California, played a setter and defense specialist throughout high school and collegiate club volleyball.  Coach Marsh currently teaches Health and Physical Education at Norwood High School and recently completed a Master of Education degree in Coaching Education and Athlete Development from Xavier University.

Coach Michael has been coaching Volleyball since 2014. This will be his 5^th year as a part of the Lakota East Boys Volleyball Program. Michael has been coaching Girls Volleyball at Wyoming High School since 2015. Michael played 3 years of Varsity Volleyball at Edgewood High School. Michael has owned his own graphics/sign business since 2010.
