2023 Lakota East Cross Country Mandatory Athlete/Parent Meeting #1
Who: Any current 8th-11th grade student interested in joining the 2023 Lakota East Cross Country Team.
(A parent needs to also attend to sign team rules).
When: Wednesday, May 31st 2023 @ 6:30 p.m.
Where: Lakota East High School Room 200 (above main office)
Why:
- To meet the coaches
- To pick up your summer workout schedule.
- To go over team rules and expectations.

The concept of getting the most out of your cross country season is not easy to do but it’s a very simple concept. You have to run. You have to run during the offseason and if/when we do not have practice during the season.
