East defeated Oak Hills on Tuesday night 59-50 in an away battle. The meeting was its usual physical contest between two GMC foes. The Hawks were able to pull awy in the fourth quarter to remain unbeaten on the young season.
Trey Perry tossed in his usual 30+ (31) to lead East. Significant contributions were made by the East bench as foul trouble early on plagued the Hawks.
Next up, East (3-0, 2-0) will host their first home game on the season Friday versus Middletown.
