East Boys Basketball fell at home on Tuesday to Fairfield. The final score was 44-39. The contest was another defensive battle with both teams producing season-low scoring. The Hawks fell behind early in the game but battled to tie and take an unstainable lead in the 3rd quarter. East fell behind in the final minutes and was forced to foul. The Indians went to the line and made their free throws to eck out the win. The Hawks were led by Trey Perry's 17 and Derek Jacksons 11.
Next up, East will host Colerain at 7:30 pm on Friday, 2/2 as part of a boys and girls doubleheader.
