BOYS BASKETBALL WEEKEND UPDATE

East Boys Bball dropped a pair of close games over the weekend. On Friday, the Vikings of Princeton defeated East 53-49. The Hawks were in the game, all the way, but couldn't outlast the Viking effort. The Hawks were led by Trey Perry's 26 points.

In a rare Saturday evening contest, the Hawks hosted Winton Woods in a non-conference matchup. The 9-1 Warriors and their star-student team defeated East in another close one, 60-56. East was in this one till the end but couldn't put together the extra points needed in the last minutes to overcome the Warriors. The Hawks were led by Trey Perry's career game-high 36 points.
Next, East (7-8, 4-5) will host Mason on Tuesday,
