Boys Basketball Winter Break Updates
East took their first league loss at the hands of Oak Hills on Friday, 1/3. Final score was 40-27. Trey Perry led East with 10 points.
East's game at home versus Sycamore on Tuesday 1/7 was postponed with a makeup date of Monday, 2/17.
Next up East will host Fairfield on Friday, 1/10. JV at 4:30 pm and Varsity at 7:30 pm. The Girls varsity will also play Fairfield that evening as part of a boy/girl double-header. That game will start at approx. 6:00 pm.
On Saturday, 12/28 East won again defeating Westerville 62-51. No details for either of the games is available.
The Hawks played a couple of games following the Christmas Holiday. On Friday, 12/27 East defeated Thomas Worthington 59-42.
Boys Bball lost their first game of the season on Monday, 12/23 falling at Winton Woods 48-36. No details or stats of the game are currently available.
Boys Basketball moved to 5-0 in the GMC on Friday, 12/20 with a 59-48 road win at Hamilton. The Hawks pulled away in the third quarter then hung on for the win. Freshman Brady Bowman led East with 15 points.
