Boys Cross Country 8th at Lebanon Invitational
Boys HS Varsity – The Thunderhawk varsity boys finished 8th of 26 teams in a packed field on Saturday at the Lebanon Running Warrior Invitational. At the top of the race were Thunderhawk’s junior Reilly Meyer finishing in 16:10 (2nd) and senior Blake Gibbs in 16:25 (3rd). Other key contributors to the varsity squad were freshman Jacob Turner (35th), senior Evan Watterson (82nd), and freshman Peter Graham (90th).
Boys HS JV – The Thunderhawk JV boys finished 11th of 21 teams in the open section of Saturday’s events. Top finishers for the Hawks included sophomore Silas Wood, senior Matthew Hoelscher, and junior Blake Tunney. Other phenomenal PR performances in the race included senior Larkin Willis, sophomore Ethan Monroe, freshman Colin Poe, and freshman Jackson Farnham.
East CC will participate next Saturday in the 50th annual Mason Invite at Mason High School.
