Boys Cross Country Trintiy/Valkyrie Invitational Results
The Lakota East Boys Cross Country team traveled to Louisville, Kentucky for the highly competitive Trintiy/Valkyrie Invitational last Saturday. In the freshman/sophomore race, sophomores Silas Wood and Will TIscher lead the charge, both scoring massive season bests.
In the Junior/Senior races, seniors Steven Troutman and Matthew Hoelscher lead the way, tailed closely by Blake Tunney, William Snider, and Larkin Willis. All five men fought hard in a supremely talented race.
Blake Gibbs stepped up in the Boys Championship race, once again establishing himself as the unquestioned leader of the team. Freshmen Jacob Turner and Peter Graham had tremendous showings, both running with fast groups to set lifetime personal records.
