Lakota East Boy's Golf is off and running in the 2023 season.  The Hawks started with a top 12 match vs ALTER (D-2 state champs) on August 4th and lost 285 to 303.  

The team was led by Bobby Horseman with a 71.

At the East Invitational on August 7th the Hawks hosted 20 teams at Wetherington.  Our BLACK and SILVER both were competing with the Black Team finishing 9th overall.

East was once again led by Bobby Horsemand 76 and Nick Collins (77).

Congratulations to Bobby Horseman who earned medalists honors at the Oakwood Invite on August 10th. The East standout finished with a round of 66 at the Dayton CC.

The East Golf teams have been busy playing with the best teams in the State.

Saturday we shot a 322 to finish 9th out of 16 teams in the prestigious ST. X Inv at Maketewah CC.  Nick Collins led the Hawks with a 76 and Walker Wood shot a 77.

Monday---- The Hawks battled heavy rains and long hours to finish at the AIGA Bishop Watterson INV at York CC in Columbus. We shot a 306 to finish 11th out of 22 teams.

BOBBY Horseman was on fire, shooting a 2 under par 69 to run his season AVG to 73.8---which leads the team.

East fell to Mason at their annual Top 12 dual meet at the Grizzly on August 17th.

The Hawks boys earned an improving 8th-place finish at the Moeller Invite at Waldon Ponds on August 19th. Bobby Horseman finished +1 and Nick Collins +2 on the day.

East Boys golf shot 312 and finished 8 out of 21 teams at Monday's Springboro Invite. Bobby Horseman led the Hawks with a 75 and Logan S, Nick Collins, and Ben Isom all shot 79's. 

East will be at Dublin Coffman INV at Muirfield CC this Saturday.
