BOYS GOLF SEASON IN FULL SWING
The Thunderhawk Boys Golf Team is well into their 2021 campaign. Listed below are recaps from their early-season action:
East opened their season at the Top 12 event with Alter on Aug. 6. The Knights outscored the Hawks in a close match 296-298. East was led by Joe Wilson's 71.

Lakota East Boys Golf on Aug. 9 hosted their annual invite. Dublin Jerome was the overall winner with a team score of 290. East finished with a 304. Cameron Uhl led the Hawks with a 2nd place score of 71.

East boys competed at the Worthington Christian Inviteon Aug. 12 placing first overall with a 305 team score. Ty Sylla led East with a sizzling one-under-par 70 and was the overall medalist.

East competed in the St. Xavier Invite at Makewah CC on Aug. 14th. The Hawks shot a team score of 310. Team placing was not available. Ty Sylla led East with a 72.

The Hawks competed against Mason at the Top 12 event at Heritage on Thursday, Aug. 19th.

East boys golf played Mason in a friendly "Ryder Cup Style" match at Heritage on Thursday. The Hawks edged out the Comets 5.5-6.5.
Next up for East is the Moeller Invite on Saturday, Aug. 21st.
