BOYS' VOLLEYBALL DEFEATS ELDER AND HAMILTON!
HAWKS STAY UNDEFEATED IN GMC AT 4-0!
The Thunderhawks defeated the Elder Panthers at Elder Monday night in 3 straight sets (25-20, 26-24, 25-23). The Hawks were led on offense by junior right-side hitter, Grant Simer, who led the team with 11 kills and a .391 hitting percentage on the night. Senior defensive specialist, Lucas Blackburn, led the team in serve receive with a 1.93 serve receive rating. Junior defensive specialist, Will Huelskamp had 4 aces on the night, including an ace to secure the Hawks set 2 victory.

The Thunderhawks took down the Hamilton Big Blue in three sets Tuesday night (25-8, 25-10, 25-10). The Thunderhawks were led on offense by junior middle hitter, Sahib Singh, who had 8 kills on the night and a .500 hitting percentage. The Hawks were led in serve receive by senior outside hitter, Drew Honigford, who had a 2.67 serve receive rating and sophomore defensive specialist, Carson Berling, who had a 2.5 serve receive rating. The team as a whole passed a 2.14 in serve receive and had a .308 hitting percentage.
The Hawks are back in the Hawks' Nest Thursday night vs. Taylor for Teacher Appreciation Night. Game times are 4:30/5:30/6:30 pm. Hope to see you there!
