CHESS FINISHES 3RD IN GMC

The East Chess season has come and gone. Below are the brief recaps for their 2023-24 season:
The Hawks chess team fell to Mason in their first match of the GMC Championships on 11/28. They defeated Hamilton and Oak Hills before falling to West in the final of the day.
East finishes the season tied for third place with the Firebirds in the GMC behind Mason and Sycamore. Their final record was 9-5.
