This week's El Caporal Lakota East Team of the Week is the East Football Team
East Football has had a strong season in 2024...and it's not over yet! The Hawks will finish the regular season at Oak Hills on Friday and anticipate earning a postseason berth for the first time since 2021. They are currently 6-3 overall and 6-2 in the "always-tough" GMC (tied for 2nd). After finishing last season near the bottom of the league, the Hawks have had a dramatic turn-around this year, while battling their GMC foes for a league title. The team is currently ranked 9th overall in the Region 4 postseason rankings.
