El Caporal Team of the Week is the Boys Bowling Team
El Caporal, a staple of the Lakota and Mason communities known for its authentic Mexican cuisine and warm hospitality, is excited to announce the Team of the Week initiative, designed to celebrate outstanding local athletic teams for their achievements and contributions to the community.
Lakota East Boys Bowling Named El Caporal Team of the Week
The Lakota East Boys Bowling team is having a fantastic season, earning them recognition as this week’s El Caporal Team of the Week! The Thunderhawks currently boast an 11-3 overall record and stand at 5-3 in the GMC, proving to be a strong contender in conference play.
One of the highlights of their season came on December 11th, when they secured a signature victory over district rival Lakota West with a dominant score of 2683-2196. Additionally, East has claimed impressive wins over St. Xavier, Elder, and Mason, further showcasing their depth and competitive edge.
The team, led by head coach Bill Curlis, continues to push for excellence as they aim for a strong finish to their season.
