GIRLS BASKETBALL SEASON ENDS AT DISTRICT FINAL

PRINCETON DEFEATS EAST
East Girls Basketball fell to Princeton on Saturday, 58-43. The Hawk ladies end up as District Runner-up, completing a very fine season in 20021-22 under Coach Wallace.
The girls held a 4 point advantage at the half but were outscored 32-13 in the final two quarters. Savannah Smith and Sarah Sewak led East with 17 and 10 points, respectively.
The loss means East will have to say goodbye to their talented seniors Ashley Fohl, Sarah Sewak, Sydney Chenault, and Olivia Hines. Thank you ladies for your awesome contributions to East Girls Bball.
East's final records for the season: 15-10 and 10-6 (4th GMC).
