GIRLS' BASKETBALL TOPPLES LAKOTA WEST

The Hawks came out on top against their neighborhood rival, Lakota West last Wednesday by a final score of 46-39. East kept the lead all night.
Celina Blount led the team with 11 points, grabbed 9 boards, blocked 5 shots, and came up with 2 steals. Brooke Asher and Emma Fohl both finished with 13 points. Fohl also grabbed 6 rebounds and had 4 steals for the night.
The Hawks (3-4, 2-0 GMC) continue league play Saturday afternoon at Hamilton High School.
