GIRLS' SOCCER TIES WITH FIREBIRDS

The Hawk Girls Soccer Team entertained district rival Lakota West on Tuesday.  The night was a lackluster performance for the Hawks and when all was said and done the scoreboard read 0-0.  The Firebirds dominated in the area of intensity and desire and outworked the home team across the pitch.

Junior keeper, Sophia Ford ended the night with 8 saves. 

The tie greatly hampers the Hawks's quest for a third consecutive GMC title.  

Next up is Sycamore, away on Thursday evening in another GMC clash.
