GIRLS SOCCER EARNS WIN IN SEASON OPENER!

The East girls soccer program traveled to West Clermont on Saturday to take on the Wolves. It was a successful season opener for both squads. The junior varsity team came away with an impressive victory, holding West Clermont scoreless and no shots on goal.
The varsity squad opened with the 4-0 victory. Goals came from Mia Kamphis, Lauren Sullivan, Carly Graham, and Josie Bencic. Mia Kamphis also tallied an assist. Lucy Carlin and Woody Carman combined for the shutout in the goal.
Both teams will be in action tomorrow night, Tuesday, August 24th at Wade Stadium in Springboro, against the Panthers.
JV kicks off at 5:30 pm and Varsity at 7 pm.
