Girls soccer Falls to Centerville

On Monday, 8/26th, East women's soccer travelled to Centerville in their first away game playing in blistering heat and faced a Centerville keeper who remained cool under pressure. Despite outshooting the Elks 13-4, East fell short 3-2. Bailey Bacher had the first brace of the season with two goals. JV scored early and beat the JV Elks 4-1 with Abby Vogelmann and Melania Seay on the score sheet with Makenna Spencer supplying some nice passes and an assist.
East Girls Soccer begins GMC play on Thursday, 8/29 at Fairfield.
