Girls Volleyball Results Update

The Thunderhawks fell in a tough 5 set match Saturday afternoon to the Little Miami Panthers (15-25, 26-24, 23-25, 26-24, 14-16). The Thunderhawks were led on offense by junior outside hitter, Lauren Sanders, who compiled 17 kills on the day. Defensively, senior, Nora Hundley, led the way with a 2.03 serve receive rating.

The Thunderhawks are back in action Tuesday night at home vs. the Mason Comets. Game times are 5/5/6pm. Come out and support your Thunderhawks!

East Girls VB shutout Hamilton on Thursday by scores of  25-18, 25-9, 25-16.

Next up, East (4-8, 2-3) will host Little Miami on Saturday.

East VB fell in three sets at Sycamore last night (25-18, 25-17, 25-18). No other details were made available.

Next, East (3-7, 1-2) will visit Hamilton on Thursday, 9/19.

The Lady Hawks dropped a three set decision to rival Lakota West Tuesday night, 26-24, 25-22, 25-18.  A solid all-around performance was turned in by Middle Blocker Lily Horton, who had 9 kills and scored with 2 service aces.
 
The volleyball team is back in action Thursday, September 12th, at 6:00 PM, in an away match against league foe Sycamore.
