GIRLS' VOLLEYBALL SPLIT WEEKEND TRI-MEET
The Lakota East Girls Volleyball team played their best volleyball of the young season in a tough tri-match against Turpin and St. Ursula Academy this weekend. They went 1-1 defeating a great Turpin team in three hard-fought sets! That was followed by a two-set loss to a disciplined team from SUA.
The team combined for 10 aces, 10 blocks, 51 kills, and 56 digs on the weekend. Standouts included Julia Schaffeld with 13 kills, Bre Sayles with 7 blocks, Kate Rabin with 15 digs, Nora Hundley with a 2.35 serve receive rating, and Lauren Sanders with 5 aces! See below for match scores.

The team moves into a busy week, facing Ross on Tuesday at home, Fairfield on Thursday at Fairfield, and Loveland and home on Saturday.
