Girls Wrestling Travels to the Queen of the Jungle Tournament

The GIRLS WRESTLING TEAM traveled to Washington Court House this past weekend. First-year girls filled the line-up for the Queen of the Jungle tournament making our results for Lakota East a true test for our inaugural team.
Lakota East finished 7th of 31 teams and placed 4 individuals.
Placing for the Hawks:
Sydney Hall Champion 190
Jasmy Ashford Second 170
Corinna Sowah Fourth 155
Jorja Lunkenheimer Fourth 120
Lakota East girls travel to Western Brown Sunday 2/25 for Pre-Regionals. The individuals who place in the top 4 in their weight class will advance to Regionals held at Harrison High School on 3/3.
