Putters Athletes of the Week for 10/24/2024
SHAUN DICKERSON
Shaun is a senior on the East Boys Soccer Team.
Shaun, a senior captain and three-year letterman, has been a cornerstone of our team, demonstrating exceptional leadership and skill on the field.
This season, Shaun has truly outdone himself, leading the Greater Miami Conference (GMC) in assists with an impressive 16. His playmaking abilities have not only set him apart but have also led to him breaking two school records: the most assists in a single season (16) and the most career assists (25). These achievements highlight his consistent excellence and dedication to the sport.
In addition to his record-breaking assists, Shaun is currently ranked 4th overall in points in the GMC, with a remarkable tally of 10 goals and 16 assists, totaling 36 points. His ability to both score and create opportunities for his teammates makes him an invaluable asset to our team.
Shaun’s hard work, sportsmanship, and outstanding performance make him a deserving candidate for this recognition. We are proud to have him represent Lakota East and look forward to seeing his continued success.
KENNEDY PEAKE
Kennedy is a senior on the East Girls Volleyball Team
Kennedy is a senior captain and leader on the girls' Varsity volleyball team. She also finished second in the GMC conference in assists. Kennedy had a great season!
