Putter's Lakota East Athletes of the Week for 2/9/23
LEBRON BENNIE-POWELL
Lebron is a senior on the East Boys Basketball Team
Lebron has had an outstanding high school basketball career for the Hawks over the past four years. For his last two games, Lebron is averaging 10 points per game and 4 rebounds per game. In addition, Lebron is usually tasked with guarding the other team’s best player for 32 minutes.
COHEN REIP
Cohen is a sophomore on the East Wrestling Team
Cohen wrestles the 215 lb weight class for the Hawks this season. Cohen had 12 wins in the month of January, including a 1st place finish at the Milford invitational on Jan 28 and a 2nd place finish at Beaver Creek Inv on Jan 7th.
