Boys Varsity Wrestling wins the team CHAMPIONSHIP at the Milford Invitational this past Saturday. Ten Hawks placed in the top 6 for the event. The Hawks defeated 2nd place Connor HS 230.5-202.0 to claim the title.

The team standings race turned into a back-and-forth race with East and Conner High School.  Leading by four points going into the last round of the tournament the Thunderhawks won matches in the last four weight classes to finish champions.

Key match award:  KJ McAdams beat a wrestler from Conner for 3rd place, securing the team championship.

Most outstanding wrestler for the Thunderhawks:  Tyler Epstein pinned all 4 of his opponents, all under 1 minute.

The JV Boys Wrestlers competed Saturday at the Ross JV Invite. The JV Hawks placed 4th out of 17 schools.
